Refund Policy

At Food24.ae, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality food and catering products across the UAE. Due to the perishable nature of our food items and the fact that all orders are freshly prepared, we generally do not offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and prepared.

Non-Refundable Items

All cooked food, ready-to-eat meals, snacks, beverages, catering orders, and customized food items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before preparation has begun. Once food preparation has started, cancellations and refunds cannot be accommodated.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive:

  • An incorrect item,
  • A missing item,
  • A damaged product due to delivery,

please contact our customer support team within 2 hours of receiving your order. We may request photos or additional details to investigate the issue.

Failed Deliveries

Refunds will not be provided for failed deliveries resulting from:

  • Customer unavailability at the delivery location.
  • Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer,
  • Unreachable contact numbers,
